Reset Your Password

Recover access to your account if you’ve forgotten your password.

Steps

1. Go to the login page.
2. Click “Forgot Password.”
3. Enter your email address.
4. Click “Send Reset Link.”
5. Check your email for the password reset link (valid for 24 hours).
6. Click the link.
7. Enter your new password:
   • Minimum 8 characters
   • Must contain at least one letter, one number, and one symbol
8. Submit the form.
9. All your existing sessions on all devices are invalidated.
10. Log in with your new password.

Important Notes

• The reset link expires after 24 hours.
• Using the link invalidates all your active sessions (you’ll need to log in again on all devices).
• If you don’t receive the email, check your spam folder. The system does not reveal whether an email exists (for security).
• Each reset link can only be used once.
