Sign and Share Documents

Generate signed documents (Treatment Plan, Prescription) and share them with patients via multiple channels.

Prerequisites

• The session is in COMPLETED status.
• You have a digital signature uploaded to your staff profile (required for Treatment Plan and Prescription).
• The session has recommendations (for Treatment Plan) or MEDICATION recommendations (for Prescription).

Steps

1. Generate the document:
   • Treatment Plan — requires at least one recommendation of any type and your digital signature.
   • Prescription — requires at least one MEDICATION recommendation and your digital signature.
   • Clinical Trichoscopy Report — auto-generated on session completion, no signature needed.
2. Once the document is generated, share it via any of the following channels:
   • PDF Download — save a local copy.
   • Email — send directly to the patient’s email address.
   • WhatsApp — share via WhatsApp to the patient’s phone.
   • Shareable Link — generate a link accessible without platform authentication.

Important Notes

• Clinical Trichoscopy Report can be shared immediately upon session completion — no signing required.
• Treatment Plan and Prescription can only be shared after they have been generated and signed. They are not shareable before signing.
• Shareable links remain valid for the duration of patient data retention.
• All sharing actions are recorded in the audit log.
• If you do not have a digital signature uploaded, you will be blocked from generating Treatment Plans and Prescriptions. Upload your signature in your staff profile settings.
