Accept an Invitation
Complete your registration after receiving an invite from your clinic admin.
Prerequisites
- An invitation email from Hairscope
Steps
- Open the invitation email.
- Click the invitation link.
- If the link is valid (within 7 days), you’ll see a password setup form.
- Set your password:
- Minimum 8 characters
- Must contain at least one letter (a-z or A-Z)
- Must contain at least one number (0-9)
- Must contain at least one symbol (e.g., !@#$%^&*)
- Submit the form.
- You are now logged in with your assigned roles.
- Complete your profile: first name, last name, phone, specialization, experience.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| ”Invite Expired” | Link is older than 7 days | Ask your admin to resend the invitation |
| ”Invite Already Used” | Password was already set | Log in with your email and password |
| ”Invite Revoked” | Admin resent a new invitation | Use the newest invitation link |
| ”Invite Not Found” | Invalid link | Contact your admin |
