Create a Treatment Kit

Bundle multiple catalog items (services, medications, cosmetics, supplements) into a single treatment kit that can be recommended as a complete package.

Prerequisites

• You have catalog.create permission assigned to your staff role.
• The catalog items you want to include in the kit already exist in your catalog.

Steps

1. Navigate to Catalog → Treatment Kits from the main menu.
2. Click Create New Kit.
3. Fill in the required fields:
   • Name — the kit name (e.g., “Hair Restoration Starter Pack”).
   • Description — what the kit includes and who it’s for.
   • Image — upload a representative image.
   • Price — the kit price (must be 0 or greater).
4. Add catalog items to the kit:
   • Search for items by name.
   • Add any mix of types — services, medications, cosmetics, and supplements can all be combined in one kit.
5. Optionally override routines per item — customize the frequency, duration, or instructions for how an item should be used within this specific kit context.
6. Optionally add an External Link — a URL for purchasing or booking the kit.
7. Click Save.

Notes

• The kit price can differ from the sum of individual item prices. Use this for bundle discounts or premium packaging.
• A kit must have at least 1 item — you cannot save an empty kit.
• When a kit is recommended in a session, all items and their routines are included in the Treatment Plan PDF.
• If the kit contains MEDICATION items, those medications will also appear in the Prescription PDF (requiring a digital signature).
• Currency is inherited from your clinic settings.
• Items can be added or removed from a kit at any time after creation.
