Generate Treatment Plan

Create a signed Treatment Plan PDF containing all session recommendations with routines for the patient.

Prerequisites

• The session is in COMPLETED status.
• The session has at least one recommendation (any type).
• You have a digital signature uploaded to your staff profile.
• You have permission to generate treatment plans.

Steps

1. Open the COMPLETED session for the patient.
2. Go to the Recommendations section.
3. Click Generate Treatment Plan.
4. Review all recommendations with their routines on the review screen.
5. Approve the recommendations and confirm generation.
6. The system generates the Treatment Plan PDF, which includes:
   • Patient details.
   • Your name, specialization, and details.
   • Clinic details.
   • Session date.
   • All recommendations with routines.
   • Your digital signature image.
7. Share the Treatment Plan via:
   • PDF download.
   • Email to patient.
   • WhatsApp to patient.
   • Shareable link.

Important Notes

• A digital signature is required. If you have not uploaded one to your profile, generation will be blocked.
• The Treatment Plan includes all recommendation types (services, medications, cosmetics, supplements, kits).
• The generating staff member’s name and signature appear on the document — you are liable for the recommendations.
• If recommendations are edited after signing, the previous items are shown with strike-through formatting and the document must be re-signed (see Edit After Signing).
