Generate Clinical Trichoscopy Report

The Clinical Trichoscopy Report is auto-generated when a session completes. It provides a professional summary of the hair analysis for the patient.

Prerequisites

• The session has reached COMPLETED status (AI analysis finished).

Steps

1. The session completes (AI analysis finishes) → the Clinical Trichoscopy Report is auto-generated on the server.
2. Navigate to the session page to view the report.
3. Share or download the report:
   • Download PDF — save a copy locally.
   • Email — send directly to the patient’s email address.
   • WhatsApp — share via WhatsApp to the patient.
   • Shareable Link — generate a link accessible without platform authentication.

Notes

• No approval or signing is needed. The Clinical Trichoscopy Report is shareable immediately upon generation.
• The report includes:
  • Patient details.
  • Staff details (the staff member who saved the session / captured images).
  • Clinic details.
  • Session date and time.
  • All captured images with positions.
  • AI analysis results (hair count, density, thickness, hair loss stage).
  • Questionnaire summary.
  • Doctor’s note.
• The report does NOT include recommendations, routines, or prescriptions — those belong in the Treatment Plan and Prescription documents.
• Shareable links remain valid for the duration of patient data retention (indefinite during active subscription; 7 years post-cancellation). Links are invalidated if the patient undergoes GDPR erasure.
• If questionnaire answers are edited after completion, the report is marked as outdated and must be manually regenerated.
