Register Your Organization

Get started with Hairscope by creating your organization account.

Prerequisites

• A valid email address
• Your organization and clinic details

Steps

1. Visit the Hairscope registration page.
2. Fill in your personal details: first name, last name, email, and phone number.
3. Enter your organization name.
4. Enter your first clinic’s name and address.
5. Submit the registration form.
6. The system creates your organization, clinic, and staff account with both OrganizationAdmin and ClinicAdmin roles.
7. Check your email for an invitation link.
8. Click the invitation link and set your password (minimum 8 characters, must include a letter, number, and symbol).
9. You are now logged in. A trial period begins immediately.
10. Complete your clinic profile (timezone, currency, language) to unlock all features.

What Happens Next

• Your organization starts on a trial plan with full access.
• Plan selection and payment are handled through the external billing system.
• You can invite additional staff, add more clinics, and configure your catalog.
