Generate Prescription

Create a signed Prescription PDF containing only medication recommendations with routines for the patient.

Prerequisites

• The session is in COMPLETED status.
• The session has at least one MEDICATION recommendation.
• You have a digital signature uploaded to your staff profile.
• You have permission to generate prescriptions.

Steps

1. Open the COMPLETED session for the patient.
2. Click Generate Prescription.
3. Review the medication items with their routines on the review screen.
4. Approve the prescription and confirm generation.
5. The system generates the Prescription PDF, which includes:
   • Patient details.
   • Your name, specialization, and license number.
   • Clinic details.
   • Date.
   • All MEDICATION items with routines.
   • Your digital signature image.
6. Share the Prescription via:
   • PDF download.
   • Email to patient.
   • WhatsApp to patient.
   • Shareable link.

Important Notes

• Only MEDICATION items appear in the Prescription. Cosmetics, supplements, and services are excluded — those appear only in the Treatment Plan.
• A digital signature is required. If you have not uploaded one to your profile, generation will be blocked.
• Your license number is included on the Prescription (pulled from your staff profile).
• If the session has no MEDICATION recommendations, the Generate Prescription option is not available.
• If medications are edited after signing, the document must be re-signed (see Edit After Signing).
