Upload Your Digital Signature

Upload a signature image to your profile so you can sign treatment plans and prescriptions.

Prerequisites

  • Any staff account (active)

Steps

  1. Navigate to your Profile settings.
  2. Find the “Digital Signature” section.
  3. Click “Upload Signature.”
  4. Select an image file:
    • Accepted formats: PNG, JPEG
    • Maximum size: 2MB
  5. The signature is saved to your profile.

How It’s Used

  • Your signature image is attached to Treatment Plans and Prescriptions that you generate.
  • The document displays your name, specialization, and signature.
  • You cannot generate Treatment Plans or Prescriptions without a signature uploaded.

Managing Your Signature

  • Uploading a new signature replaces the previous one.
  • You can delete your signature at any time (but you won’t be able to generate documents until you upload a new one).
  • All signature uploads and deletions are recorded in the audit log.
