View Organization Dashboard

Access role-appropriate business metrics and KPIs from the platform’s default landing page.

Prerequisites

• Authenticated staff account (any role)

Steps

1. Log in to the platform — the Dashboard is the default landing page.
2. View the displayed KPIs:
   • OrganizationAdmin: sees aggregated KPIs across all clinics in the organization.
   • Clinic-level staff: sees KPIs scoped to their own clinic only.
3. (OrganizationAdmin only) Use the clinic filter to view an individual clinic’s KPIs in isolation.

Notes

• The dashboard is role-specific:
  • OrganizationAdmins see organization-wide aggregated data with the ability to filter by clinic.
  • Clinic-level staff (ClinicAdmin, regular staff) see only their own clinic’s data.
• Clinic-level staff cannot see KPIs from other clinics.
• When filtering to a specific clinic, the OrganizationAdmin sees the same KPIs that a ClinicAdmin of that clinic would see.
• When a staff member’s role changes, the dashboard scope reflects the new role on their next request.
• Specific KPI definitions and metrics are defined in future iterations.
